[at-l] Sam Waddell's birthday

Heads up folks.  Sam Waddle's birthday is one week from now, on 9/24.  
He'll be 82.  Most of you know he was the AT's Jerry Cabin shelter 
maintainer (plus trail on either side) for over 25 years before he retired 
from those duties. I'm sure he'd appreciate birthday cards, so send 'em if
