(i never understood danceing and still dont to
dance to this stuff woudl be insane... i have always wanted to see peopel
dancing to this ... it must look liek convustions...) it is not everyones
thing but i am sure some where in your music reputuor you have some faster
or up beat happy music..(my father enjoys jimmy buffet for this purpose)
and i find myself listening to it wheni am programming and doing other
mudane computer tasks the rapid beat seems to help me think... it is also
surreal to be out in a  snowy field of pure quietness with such fast music
play softly in your ears...

Thanks for this!   I use Brass Band March music (John Philip Souza, et al) to 
get the beat.  There are other types of music (as you have mentioned) as 
well.  When walking the East River Esplanade in NYC from 63rd Street to 86th or 
just walking the streets the beat keeps my feets movin' and the miles get by.
