[at-l] Cost of a thru-hike?

In Additionn to the costs that Grey Owl noted there are other "hidden
costs". One of these is lost wages and possibly the loss of your job
altogether. Also any normal living expense bills like rent or house
payments, car payments, etc. that you may have to make out of savings. It is
really a very expensive committment. Save up and plan, because it will be
well worth every penny .
