[at-l] Apples and Oranges



ONE, I knew I was wrong and I did not say "TR said...".  I said "as TR would
put it...".  And he might have changed his words slightly as he made similar
statements over the years.  Most people do.  I could have also said "to
paraphrase TR..."  

So I was not wrong.

Technically, you may be right - but there are a lot of us who were taught 
otherwise.
