[at-l] Earl Shaffer memorial weekend

Just an invitation and reminder that hiker types and other admirers of Earl=
 Shaffer will be gathering to honor him May 3-4 at Pine Grove Furnace State=
 Park in southern PA.

That weekend marks the first anniversary of his passing, and coincides near=
ly with the start date of his remarkable '98 thruhike.

Hopefully the weekend will turn out to be somewhat of a mini-Ruck, with fun=
 events, socializing, campfires, music making and storytelling, all honorin=
g the first AT thruhiker, who also was a frequent participant at Ironmaster=
 Rucks in the past.
