In case anybody is interested, I have finalized AT hiking plans
for May:

May 4 - 16, Davenport gap to Erwin in a group of fabulous women
May 19 - sometime before the end of May, Troutdale north on my own

Pack weight:  heavier than last year
My weight:  heavier than last year
Emotional weight:  much, much lighter
