It didn't come from you, although at first glance it may have looked
like it did - the "from" email address was yours, but not in the way it
comes from your machine.  When it comes from your machine, along with
the address is the name "William Neal".  This one had the name as
"nealb".  It came from someone else's machine, that had 'harvested' your
address to use as a fake 'from' address.  Lots of virii these days are
using that technique, which allows the infected machine to go undetected
a lot longer.
