[at-l] hunting lands vs game lands

Game lands are not restricted to hunters alone. Hikers can also use
these lands, but subject to certain restrictions. Here are just a few,
but there are many more.
1) You must be out by sunset and are not permitted to be there until one
half hour before sunrise.
2) Also, hikers are not permitted to assist a hunter in his hunt. (you
must have a hunting license to assist a hunter in his hunt).
3) Hikers should not posses a gun/weapon suitable for hunting without
having a hunting license in their possession. Basically, if you have a
gun, you are a hunter not a hiker and therefore must have a hunting
license in your possession.
4) it is illegal for a hiker to interfere, disturb or hinder the
enjoyment of hunters who are lawfully hunting. If you do, hunters have
the right to sue for damages, also, you may be fined. (I got his one
from Subchapter A section 2301 of the PA game and wildlife code, so
don't "hinder their enjoyment")
5) deliberately disturb game animals so as to cause them to be killed by
a hunter or to disturb game for any reason.
6) you must obey all orders of game commission officers.

Hikers are not requited to wear orange, but it would be reckless to hike
in game lands without orange during hunting season. This is how hunters
know you are not a deer. Hunters frequently shoot at deer colors.
Hiking is not discouraged unless you are oblivious to the hunters.
Hunters know that hikers actually cause the deer to move around so the
hunters can get a shot at the deer.
