I felt well enough to get a hike in today! Yippee! What a great hike it was
too!

I went to a trail that I haven't been to called Nebo Ridge. It's an 8.6 mile,
easy trail but I only did 6 miles which was enough for the first time back
out!

It was a beautiful day and felt so good to 'go back home".

Carefully, because of soreness, doing the happy dance of joy joy!  :)
