[at-l] How much is too much?



If you get into a routine of 30 minutes daily of working out, walking,
jogging, swimming or whatever - I'd bet that in 3 months you will lose 10
pounds of a bit better, and this will be much more helpful than an equal
decrease of pack weight. You will be in much better shape, have more muscle
tone and less baggage that you don't need.

It has worked out that way for me.
