[at-l] How pollution affecting hikers?

Have any of y'all, who have been hiking the AT for awhile, noticed in
troubles with the way pollution is affecting you personally?  Shorter of
breath?  Less stamina?  Headaches?

I know it is affecting trees.  But how is it affecting you?  Or is it not
affecting you?
