CobWeb, Blister Butt and myself all summated Katahdin and completed the AT =
on this day in 1999. It was windy and cold on the big K.
=09Pittsburgh provided the base camp and transportation to Millinocket. I s=
pent three great days in sleepy Milinocket town waiting for my flight out o=
f Bangor. I attended End of Trail Fest and was pleased to see Earls 1948 sl=
ide show for the third time that year.
