Is it safe to use on skin? Would it be gigantically oweeeee?
Purell is alcohol based and while it might still have an owee
factor, at least it is designed to use on skin (probably cautions against
unbroken skin). It also burns as in an accelerant, although not
as well as lighter fuel. It isn't stinky like lighter fuel either.
Just musing backatcha <g>.
