[at-l] Dehydrated food

Just wondering, what is left of watermelon after you get done dehydrating it?  Seems like that would be similar to preserving cotton candy by taking out the sugar.

I guess I'd better apologize for my sarcasm.  I just plain ole don't like watermelon, and I can't imagine dehydrating it and having nothing but the taste of it left.
