[at-l] Shuttle to Harpers Ferry

Hello!
I bought my ticket to return to the trail.
I fly into Reagan airport at 5:30 on July 9th.

I think this is after the train to Harpers Ferry
leaves.

Does anyone have any ideas on inexpensive lodging in
DC ?

Or an alternate way to get to Harpers Ferry in the
evening ?  I'd rather pay for a shuttle, than a hotel.

Also, Once in Harpers Ferry, I want to get back to Alt
40, where I left the trail.  Any more ideas on getting
there.
