[at-l] Replacing my filter need advice
I have a Sweetwater Guardian from '98 It filtered water for 3 for a week
and for 1 for almost two weeks in the spring of '98 and has seen many, many
weekends since then. Due to my uncertainty about market conditions I
purchased a second unit last year for a backup. I don't know when or if I
will ever need it. I do use and recommend the prefilter, a spare should be
in your kit or readily available. (depending on water I get about 3 man
weeks per prefilter) (I have yet to replace the main filter. Clean it, dry
it, store it) The viral guard attachment is of questionable value and if I
recall correctly the subject of some legal action.
In short, I have one, I like it, I got a second to back it up, I expect the
two of them will keep my water filtered as long as I am filtering water.
YMMV,
Black Wolfe
