Just a thought................my NFL trainer guy says that how much you sweat
is in direct proportion to how hydrated you are. If a person is completely,
and sufficiently hydrated, they will sweat like crazy. If a person is
dehydrated, they won't sweat much at all. I know that for me, when I went to
drinking a gallon of water a day, my workouts produced a LOT more sweat!
I don't know if there is any medical basis for this, but my trainer
has a way of saying these things that makes one reluctant to question them!!
