[at-l] lessons learned and great moments

I too lose my appetite for the first while out. I can't choke down a whole
box of KD until the 5 or 6 day. I find that the food tastes awful unless it
is fresh. I have to use fresh garlic and olive oil and use fresh bagels (it
all ends up as Alfredo, garlic toast and noodles). I can always eat the tons
of soup I take or the potatoes like you suggested.
Weird.
