Good story, I once tried to refuel a stove that was "out". Hard to see flames in cold weather, but it's easy to feel them :-) Chase put me out, it was his first winter trip. I think I started with something like "don't ever light a stove.............. I always carry two can stoves when I use alcohol. It's worth the extra ounce when you need more heat and other stove is out. woodelf
