[at-l] Alcohol stoves question

Questions about Alchohol Stoves:

Are there any issues with altitude?  I am thinking 12,000 feet at most.

Would a sun-dried Trangia be something that could be packed in stowed 
airline luggage?  With the cap off? I am equally concerned with the 
technicalities as I am with having my duffle "sniffed".

Any big deal with dumping extra Heet or similar fuel on the ground? I am 
thinking that the alchohol will simply evaporte with no harm or foul.  
Correct?
