Yes, the epicenter was about 60-70 East of me.  It shook the house for 
about 30 seconds.  No broke china, pictures are all still on the walls (a 
bit crooked after).  Earthquakes are uncommon here but not rare.  I've 
experienced 3 in my 57 years (5.1, 4.6 & 5.1 respectively).  The local 
expert (Dr. Frank Ravetta of SUNY) tells me that there are faults under 
both the St. Lawrence River and the Adirondacks that rival the SanAndreas 
in size.  They just aren't as active.
