All this talk has got me convinced that Bob should read Fletcher's _The Man Who Walked Through Time_ which is very heavy into the natural world and experiencing that natural world deeply. The problem is that the book is centered on the Grand Canyon. The question is, is there a book like Fletcher's that's deeply into experiencing the natural world that's centered on the AT?
