Public library is cheaper.  When I first got interested in hiking and wanted
to read stories of people's hikes, the public library was a great source.
When we lived in IN, I even found a library in Evansville that had the
Rodale Press two volume set.  For the past few years, however, it seems that
libraries have fewer hiking resources.  Now, the internet seems better.  Sad
commentary on libraries.  anklebear
