I have been on most of the hikes you have mentioned. They are a good
selection. Thre is one you have missed that is pretty good. I have
always enjoyed Angels landing. It is a shout hike but the view is great.

In Zions thre is a hike called the Narrows (~15 miles). This hike can be
done as a day hike or backpacking (park shuttle service to the start
reccomended). It takes you through some very narrow canyons. Over 90% of
the hike is in the water but the trip is worth it.

Another popular hike is Paria Canyon this is a backpacking trip of 3 to
5 days depending on your ability. It is another canyon hike but is
further south than the areas you have listed.
