It really burns me up when someone does an off topic message without
adding "OT". ;-)

Yes, I've noticed messages repeating and frequently posting out of
sequence. I suspect it has more to do with the volume of email hitting
the Backcountry.Org servers as they strain to deal with the off topic
chatter about Putnam Icebergs.
