[at-l] cooking whole grains and legumes
I've done some dairy based sauces. they can get a little foamyish depending
on the dairy item and don't taste quite as good as they did fresh, but they
do work. A little extra curry to add on the trail does wonders.
I took some take-out korma, home dehydrated, on the trail and it was really
really good. on the other hand, moms stroganoff was horrid.

How well does a yoghurt based sauce dehydrate and then
rehydrate? I've got a good korma recipe sitting around but
have never dehydrated a dairy based sauce.
