Ya know Phil,

I'm really envious.  I read your previous post and it seems to me you're so
engrossed in what surrounds you that you get into a type of hiker's trance
and just forget you have to watch the roadsigns.

I perhaps concentrate too much on the trail and not enough on meditating
when I'm on the AT.  Sometimes while hiking long distances here at home I
get into my hiker high.  What a great feeling.
