[at-l] Trip Report - Brrrr



So, you and your son learned the adage "Hike the trail, not the
schedule, but by all means this is supposed to be fun!"

You both got experience with using your sleeping bags for warmth. You
learned about what gear isn't enough for very cold and windy weather,
without putting yourselves in danger up on the ridge line.

You even got time in to see other hikers and to review gear choices at
an excellent outfitter. 

Well done. This section hiking is pretty good stuff - even if the
section never quite makes it to the AT
