[at-l] Earl Shaffer's new book

I just called Westcliffe Publishers and asked if Earl's book ("The 
Appalachian Trail: Calling Me Back to the Hills") had been released
yet.  Their answer was no, but it will be out "within the next few 
days."  Seems like it's been a lo-o-o-ng wait.
