[at-l] Chocolate as drink (was) RE: To tea or not to tea

After watching a couple of programs on the Food Network, I've started using
"bakers chocolate powder" for a lot of things. I've found it can make a
great addition to chili or beans. Stirred into rice and butter, it gives a
great "meaty" taste. And I've "boiled" it with sugar and made a good hot
drink -- though it seems to settle sometimes. I've even had it straight
without sugar for a "WAKE UP" drink. And soak it in "the water of life" and
it makes the coldest day absolutely delightful.

Of course you have to experiment with it to find your "delight" and
"undelight" points.

Was it the Inca or the Maya who used to make a bitter chocolate drink?
I can't remember. I bet it qualified as chocolate tea.
