Sounds like much of my college career - drunken skiing, drunken snowball 
fights.... you get the idea.  Drinking and winter sports - a natural 
combination.

Let's see... what else might be appropriate -

Jello shot luging (or skeleton)....
Twelve pack four men bobsled - they could tie the empties to the back of the 
sled for extra time credits.
