[at-l] I'm back!

Any advice to hikers re: avoiding fractures?
A foot fracture is a worry of mine. Long, skinny, bony feet.

To make a long story short I got all the way to Duncannon, PA and fractured my foot. So, I had to get off the trail, but got a temporary job in Harrisburg, PA until I can get back on and finish my trek to Maine in June. I will be going to Trail Days in Damascus and then back up here to PA to resume where I left off. I can't wait!
