Well, I kinda disagree.  South Florida is technically southern and almost as 
far south as you can go.  But, South Florida is as far from "southern" as New 
York.  It's more like New York meets Cuba and Haiti.  But, North and Central 
Florida as well as the Florida Keys are pretty "Southern".  You're just not 
going to find many RC Colas or Moonpies in Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale or 
Miami.
