[at-l] Hiker Hints for 02'ers



FWIW I have active carpal tunnel syndrome, and I've hiked
with both a wood staff (for years) and poles (recently).  Grasping
the staff all day is harder on me than using the pole
wrist straps.

I miss my staff, but it hurts me more.
