[at-l] 8,300-acre Big Survey Deal Threatened

They've cut out funding for libraries, too. The fiscal year is half over,
and the state money is what our library uses to buy books. The local money
pays for salaries and buildings, utilities, etc. The upshot is that our
library may not be able to buy any new books until July, when the next
fiscal year starts. 9/11 strikes close to home. anklebear
