[at-l] Dry pasta calories

Thanks POG and Shane.  Looks like the answer I wanted is that dry pasta
will probably run about 100-110 calories per ounce of weight carried.

I have spaghetti listed on my website page for food calories as 105
calories per ounce.  I couldn't remember, however, whether that was
referring to cooked or uncooked.  Looks like uncooked is correct, and I
will adjust the notation on my site accordingly.
