Shawn has found a baking sheet which fits into the
big ole' oven at the Mansion.  This could be very
good news.  If we use it as an oven rack, it would
allow us to double the amount of
dishes we can put in the oven.

My question is, for most effective heat distribution,
should the baking sheet be used in the upper shelf
position or the lower.  It's a gas stove if that matters.
