Southern Crescent. It stops in Danville, VA, Greensboro, NC, Salisberry, 
Concord, (I think) Charlotte, Spartanburg, SC. There may be whistle stops 
along the way. Consider checking with www.AMTRAK.COM for more specific and 
accurate info. I've taken this train to Charlottesville, VA for sections. 
The seats get a bit flat after a while, but are much roomier and the folks 
more interesting and interactive than the airlines.
