[at-l] warming up after hiking

One of the odd things about hypothermia is the need to rewarm the
person slowly. Cold peripheral blood can hit the core and cause very
bad things. This was first documented by Napolean's surgeons who noted
that death occured commonly to cold soldiers who were closest to the
campfire. It is totally counterintuitive and against the person's
instincts, but the external warmth needs to be supplemented with
internal warmth - a nice warm cocoa, apple cider or such.
