[at-l] Cold weather hiking



Bingo, you are so right. If there is snow, it is amazing how the
calorie consumption goes sky high as the snow depth increases. You
really have to pay attention to your pace and sweating, as you can get
sweaty and chilled real quickly. You ideally want to walk cool and
adjust layers frequently.
