[at-l] Hike in Connecticut

Hey Gang,

I need some help.  I am taking my daghter back to school on 
Tuesdays.  She goes to Smith College and we thought that we 
might do a little AT hiking spebding the night on the trail.My wife is 
not a very big hiker and I need to know how far from Conn. 341is it 
to Mt Algo Lean-To.  Is it safe to park in the area.  I do not expect 
any partiers at the lean-to as this will be a weekday night.
