Just heard on the radio this morning that the father of the boy who was 
injured by the bear after the bear was fed a bagel has been charged with 
Harassing wildlife.  The state is seeking the maximum fine of $2,000.  To 
date the bear has not been found.  Since the bear attacked a human, 
(thanks to the idiot father) there is now a death sentence on it's head.
