[at-l] HYOH

Not so different.

I believe HYOH and YMMV were always a caution to others (newbies or
otherwise) to listen, sift, weigh, consider, and ponder all the tips,
suggestions, points-of-view, etc; but in the end you'll have to 'hike your
own hike'. It was, also, an implied caution not to try to please/mimic/etc
others.

However, I suggest that it is a TAD more than that -- as in "HYOH should be
no more than a caution...." I think it has long had another nuance -- that
being the need for being tolerant of other folk's need/right to 'hike their
own hike," as in the end we each have to 'hike our own hike'.

What I do may be different from what you do and that is OK, neat, cool, or
whatever.
