Bob, I really don't think anyone here wouldn't want to talk about
serious trail issues. We're all involved with the trail in one way or
another, otherwise we wouldn't be here. I feel that it's more the way
these issues are brought up.
I'm bright enough to realize, that sometimes people get so wrapped up
with the issues they have strong feelings about, that they lose sight of
the way others may or may not view these same subjects.
We're for the most part just a bunch of Jane/Joe six packs who enjoy
hiking, and not just on the AT. Somehow I feel that you and others feel
that because were on AT-L, that we should ONLY discuss AT subjects. I
for one hope that we can continue to talk openly about many things, not
just AT stuff. Thats what makes us a family.
Maybe the bottom line is, that this list isn't for everyone. Just my 2
cents.
