[at-l] please advise if have ONE month where is good AT section to hike south of Washington DC



Awe, schuques, you lucky person . . .
Why not just start at the southern terminus and see how far you get? That's
closest to Florida.
You'll get to go through the Georgia sections, including Springer, Blood,
and Tray mountains, the Nantahalas in North Carolina, including the Erect
Native Americano Mountain, after which you can take a side trip by raft down
the Nantahala River in Wesser instead of showering. From there it's on to
the Great Smokie Mountain National Park with its man-eating bears . . . at
the end of which you approach Virginee . . .
You lucky person you . . . .
