I hiked the 100 Mile Wilderness two years ago. We dropped a car off at
Shaw's boarding house in Monson, Me. They brought us to the trailhead in
our car then stored the car for 10 days while we hiked the trail. They
picked us up in Baxter State Park at Daicey Pond Camp Ground on our last day
after summiting Katahdin. They charged us $50 for the whole service. They
were prompt and fuyn to travel with. Their phone number is in the Data Book,
I'm sure. But make sure you call them in advance to make arrangements. They
will get booked up very fast once the hiking season begins.
