Now don't be blaming the wee folk for this.  He was right, or at least close.
The effect he experienced was a trial of the new ATPARRELO system.  In
view of the bad rep the PA AT has gotten re: rocks, a system is in development
to relo the rocks onto the rest of the trail.  The system obviously still has
bugs.  Especially if it relo'ed all of Peter's Mountain.  Hikers can be assured
that Peter's Mountain is back in place, just north of Duncannon as usual.
