Active Mineral Complexes and all the B Vitamins, says it's Electrolyte Balanced 
and a powerful antioxidant.  Sure makes my day on the trail.

 

My favorite flavor is Tropical, but they have several flavors to choose 
from.  To one packet you add 4-6 oz of water, and it fizzes like alka 
seltzer.  I pour one packet into a 16oz Nalgene bottle and add 
filtered water from my SW inline filter.
