Don't go knocking or ignoring West NC BBQ! Lexington BBQ is simply a
compromise between heathern Eastern NC stuff and the true grail of BBQ!
On my latest forays, I found Hickory Log in Forest City to be almost as
good as Red Bridges' in Shelby was in the '60's. Lexington BBQ on the
old I85 in Lexington is quite good, also.
