[at-l] Cheerio's Maildrops

I'd consider changing a few of those dates. I'd either drop Gatlinburg
(Happy Hiker) or Mt. Momma's. It will take you about half a day to get
to and from G-burg. If you get adequate food drop and food purchases in
Fontana, you can do GSMNP in 5 days (less for some).

Mt Momma's is really good for bad weather repair. She has reasonable
hiker groceries, but no gear. The sleeping and shower arrangements are
somewhat less than Gulag quality. The atmosphere though is memorable.

I'd consider stocking up for 7 days of food in Fontana, dealing with
Shuckstack, and hiking through to Hot Springs. Hot Springs should be 2
days from Davenport Gap, unless there is surprisingly bad weather or
injury. Altenatively, I'd get 3-4 days food from Fontana, 3-4 in
G-burg, and still keep on to Hot Springs.

Plan on 1-2 zero mile days in Hot Springs. This is the best repair and
recovery spot I've seen thus far on the trail, other than possibly
Waynesboro, VA. Trail Days (or whatever the Hot Spring's hiker festival
is called) is April 21. Try to stay at Elmer's. Hold out for a hot tub
numbered 9 or greater at the spa. Have fun!
